Terri Jondahl, CEO
Terri Jondahl, CEO
CAB’s culture worldwide is our greatest strength. Every decision we make considers all of our stakeholders -- employees, families, suppliers and customers, as well as our investors and our community. We strive to act with fairness and integrity and be a place that our employees can be proud of.
Terri Jondahl joined CAB in 1995 and serves as the CEO of CAB Worldwide LLC operations in the U.S., Canada, China, India, and Italy. She has extensive hands-on experience in sales management, financial management, overseas supplier management and production and quality management as well as a keen understanding of strategic positioning and rapid pivots in the face of high speed business and geopolitical changes.
Terri Jondahl has long been active in the community, including serving as, Chair of the Lake Lanier Islands Development Authority and Director on the Northside Hospital Board of Directors. She serves on the 1818 Club Board, Gwinnett Medical Foundation Board and the Carter Center Board of Councilors. She is a past Chair of the Gwinnett County Chamber of Commerce, a past Trustee of the Georgia Gwinnett College Foundation, Gwinnett Medical Foundation and Gwinnett County Public Schools Foundation as well as several other organizations . Jondahl was honored by the Georgia On Board organization in 2014 with an Executive Honor Roll Award, and was named as an 2019 Atlanta Business Chronicle Women Who Mean Business recipient. In 2008 she was named as by Atlanta Woman Magazine as one of the “Top 25 Professional Women to Watch.” Jondahl received an A.A. in Business Administration at Mendocino College.
She has been learning to paint over the past decade and has learned to savor solitude and enjoying her home and beautiful yard during her downtime.
Mike Vanderbosch, President
Mike Vanderbosch, President
Mike Vanderbosch has served as President of CAB since 1995. His primary responsibility is the oversight of the Texas manufacturing facility operations, and managing CAB's manufacturing and distribution operations.
Vanderbosch plays a key role in managing the sales of wind tower products and waterworks flange products, and maintaining key account relationships with major customers in these product lines.
Working closely with overseas producers of wind tower components and waterworks flanges, Vanderbosch has extensive experience in developing supply chain partners around the world. He serves as Chairman of the American WaterWorks Association C207 Pipe Flange andC228 Stainless Steel Pipe Flange specification committee, and is considered one of the nation’s leading experts on waterworks flanges.
Vanderbosch attended Mendocino College and was honorably discharged from the US Army in 1973. Currently, he loves spending time on his ranch in Texas, where he has a variety of horses, cows, dogs, cats and a stocked fish pond.
Terence Karshagen, Executive VP
Terence Karshagen, Executive VP
As Vice President of Sales and International Marketing at CAB Worldwide since 2002, Karshagen plays a key role in managing supplier relationships for CAB's industrial cast and forged products in China, India and Vietnam.
Karshagen played an instrumental role in growing CAB’s castings product line revenues, and was instrumental in the successful growth of the Company’s South African operations.
Prior to joining CAB, Karshagen served as a Business Development Manager for Forgings, Flanges, and Fittings LLC from 2001 to 2002, where he was responsible for the development of new business opportunities. From 1998 to 2001, Karshagen served as a U.S. Business Development Manager for Ringrollers of South Africa/DCD. Karshagen was responsible for the company’s U.S. development in the forging and telecommunication products market. From 1994 to 1998, Karshagen served as an Export Marketing Manager for Ringrollers in South Africa where he managed the Export Sales Department, handling sales of forged ring products around the world, which included travel to more than 30 countries.
Karshagen received a degree in Marketing and International Business from the University of Port Elizabeth in South Africa.
Brian Payne, Vice President
Brian Payne, Vice President
Brian Payne is CAB's Vice President, as well as, Asia Supply Chain and Quality Assurance and Texas Operations Manager.
He is responsible for developing, implementing and sustaining quality systems to meet numerous customer quality systems. He manages quality system and personnel in the U.S. and overseas and supports production, purchasing, engineering, sales, procurement, logistics and other aspects of the business. Payne travels extensively, both domestically and internationally, to develop customer and supplier relationships.
He provides technical/engineering expertise to numerous castings, forgings, and fabrication specifications and drawings from numerous customers. Brian holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and is exceptionally strong in seeking process improvements that result in reduced costs of quality and reduced manufacturing costs.
Brian enjoys golfing, fishing, hunting, coaching Little League baseball, basically any activity outdoors, and spending time with his wife and kids.
Randy Jones, VP Engineering
Randy Jones, VP Engineering
Randy Jones serves as the VP of Engineering for CAB Worldwide.
He is responsible for new product/program launch and for driving continuous improvement activities throughout the organization. Randy is a detail focused individual that interrelates customer needs with the supply chain to ensure customer requirements are achieved.
His work days often consist of coordinating activities concerned with the technical development, resolving engineering design and testing issues, production scheduling, quality control, and logistics. He has experience with technical review of product design, tooling components, Design for Manufacturing (DFM), and complex metrology. Randy holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering Technology and is certified as an ISO 90001 Lead Auditor.
When not working, Randy enjoys woodworking and the outdoors including hunting, fishing, and camping with his family.
Carson Williams, CFO
Carson Williams, CFO
Carson Williams serves as the Chief Financial Officer for CAB Worldwide. Carson leads all facets of finance and accounting for the organization globally.
Prior to joining CAB, Carson was the Distribution & Fulfillment CFO for Fortna Inc., a portfolio company of Thomas H. Lee Partners. Fortna is a global leader in designing, developing and delivering transformative omni-channel and parcel distribution solutions across North America, Europe and South Africa. Carson began his career at Ernst & Young before moving into investment banking where he gained a wealth of experience in M&A and debt financings.
Carson received dual undergraduate degrees in Finance & Accounting from the University of Arizona and Masters in Accounting from the University of Georgia.
Outside of work, Carson enjoys being active in the outdoors with his wife and 3 energetic children.

In her role as Chief Administrative Officer at CAB Worldwide, Carey Herron is responsible for global Human Resources, Risk Management and strategic initiatives in support of CAB’s accelerated growth objectives.
Carey brings to her role, diverse business expertise and experience in the manufacturing and supply chain industries, customer service, finance, treasury, and accounting disciplines including serving and CAB Worldwide’ s former Chief Financial Officer for 12 years.
Outside of work Carey and her husband enjoy an ‘outdoorsy’ lifestyle: RVing, hiking, fishing, gardening,cooking, spending time with family and friends, and Georgia Football – Go Dawgs!

Tracy Adams has been a part of our Sales department at CAB since 1991, and is responsible for the eastern half of the United States.
He takes the time to develop lasting relationships with customers, and even considers most of them to be his friends, more than his customers. His philosophy at work is to strive for honesty and integrity in all of his relationships and to give more than he receives, which really pays off at the end of the day.
When Tracy is not selling flanges, he enjoys being with his family, including his triplet sons who keep he and his wife quite busy! He grew up as a southern boy (from Athens, GA), which helps to explain his passion for college sports, specifically UGA football. Some of his favorite activities include serving at his church and being outdoors, especially on the water with a fishing rod in his hand.

Bill Hughes serves as the Sales Account Manager for CAB Worldwide, though he also does quite a bit of work in Business Development.
Bill joined CAB in March 2013 after spending 4 years as a Manufacturing Manager for one of the top wind-Turbine Manufacturers. Prior to working in the wind-industry, Bill spent 20 years in design, development and manufacturing of precision machined components for the computer industry, At CAB, Bill manages several key accounts and continues to develop new accounts.
When not at the office Bill likes to spend time staying fit by running several days a week. He also is big classic car fan. He has owned over a dozen Mustangs and recently finished restoring this 64-1/2.

Michelle rejoined CAB in 2022 as a Business Development Manager.
Early in her career she was in CAB’s pipe flange sales department and has a solid track record in building strong customer relationships. Over the past twenty years she has become an industry expert on trackwork material for the railway industry. She has returned to CAB to help us expand our footprint in the rail market. Michelle enjoys landscaping and gardening in her free time, but even then she spends a lot of time thinking about better ways to serve customers and grow business.

Lisa Smallwood, Inventory and Logistics Cost Specialist
Lisa Smallwood serves as the Inventory and Logistics Cost Specialist for CAB Worldwide.
She has been with the company since 1999. Her main responsibility consists of calculating landed costs for inventory purchased from overseas. Other accounting duties consist of inventory adjustments and landed cost payables as well as assisting with the inventory portion of bank and year end audits.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending time with her husband and family. She really enjoys watching her daughter cheer at football and basketball games and compete at cheer competitions. She also enjoys trips to the beach and to the mountains, anywhere family can spend time together.

Stephanie Beltran serves as the Import Coordinator at CAB Worldwide
Her responsibilities revolve around managing documentation, logistics, and effective communication to facilitate seamless imports.
Beyond the office, Stephanie cherishes quality time spent with her family and her Goldendoodle Lilah. You can typically find her taking in the beauty of nature, organizing large family get-togethers (given her large extended local family), and living her best “Snow White” life as she diligently feeds and tends to all the deer, birds, and squirrels that visit her property each day. Provide them a safe haven from all her hunter colleagues.

Anna Brown, our dedicated Accounts Payable Specialist, has been a valuable part of the CAB Worldwide team since 2020
In her role, Anna takes charge of the day-to-day management of accounts payables, efficiently handling financial matters for the states of Georgia, Texas, and Washington. She works closely with the controller and provides vital support for various additional accounting duties, contributing to the financial well-being of our organization.
Beyond her professional commitments, Anna’s interests span a range of pursuits. She finds enjoyment in participating in 5K runs, shares a passion for Volkswagen vehicles, and has a keen interest in the sport of shooting. Her diverse array of hobbies reflects a dynamic personality that enriches both her work and personal life.

Casey Yerlow serves as Controller for CAB Worldwide, and has been with the company since 2012.
She oversees all day-to-day accounting functions, as well as preparation of internal and external financial statements.
In her free time, Casey enjoys spending time with her daughter, son, and husband. She also enjoys traveling, hiking, and photography – and especially combining all three!

Golf, Off-roading & Sports. Iresh Mandavia became a part of CAB Worldwide in 2022, taking on the role of AR Specialist.
His primary responsibilities encompass invoicing, collections, and weekly bank reporting. Beyond managing transactions, Iresh prioritizes fostering robust relationships with accounting departments across all customer accounts, emphasizing both timely payments and the importance of nurturing positive connections.
In his leisure hours, Iresh finds solace and enjoyment in golfing, the thrill of offroading, and the enriching experiences that travel offers. The core of his happiness lies in spending quality time with his family. Despite occasional heartbreaks, Iresh stands proud as a staunch supporter of Georgia-based sports teams, reflecting his loyalty to his alma mater, UGA.

Jeff Zink serves as the Information Technology Manager for CAB Worldwide and has been with the company since 2005.
In addition to supporting global operations, Jeff also handles building maintenance for the headquarters office located in Buford, Georgia.

Food, Running, Hiking, Games, Friends & Family. Akeem Robinson serves as Program Manager at CAB Worldwide.
He is responsible for managing the supply chain, responding to quality issues, and quoting new business for CAB’s automotive customers in North America. Akeem has a range of experience from roles in sourcing, purchasing, warehouse management, quality engineering, and continuous improvement in different industries. He is PMP certified and holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from NC State University.
Outside of work, Akeem enjoys trying new foods, running and hiking outdoors, and playing card games with friends and family.

David Han serves as the Strategic Business Analyst for CAB Worldwide
David received dual undergraduate degrees in Marketing and Operations Management from the University of Georgia. Prior to joining CAB, David worked in the manufacturing division of Cintas Corporation where he gained experience in marketing, sales, process improvement, and finance. His responsibilities revolve around managing CAB’s database, implementation of new processes, and developing new tools for success.
David is a hands-on enthusiast with a passion for working on cars and tackling DIY home improvement projects. He also enjoys the thrill of auto racing and offroading. When he’s not out mountain biking or exploring new destinations with his family, he loves discovering new foods from different cultures. Married with two kids, David cherishes family adventures and the excitement of new experiences.
Allen Owens, Texas Plant Manager
Allen Owens, Texas Plant Manager
Allen is the Plant Manager of the CAB Texas plant. He is responsible for the oversight of all operations of the plant.
Before joining CAB in 2006 Allen worked in a valve manufacturing facility for 19 years.
Allen is married and has one son. He served two terms as an elected school board trustee. He has served as President of his local youth baseball association, head coach of the church youth basketball league team, as well as, head coach of his local youth baseball team. After winning the championships of both sports in the same year, he decided to step down as head coach in order to let the next generation take over.
When not working, Allen enjoys fishing with his “bride” but he is most passionate about deer hunting. Now that his “bride” has also taken up the sport of deer hunting, it’s twice as much fun as he gets to teach her. When it’s not hunting, fishing or Dallas Cowboys season, he tries his best to spoil his great-nieces as much as possible.

Dan Franke joined CAB in 2005 and is currently the western US region Sales Manager.
Dan believes in developing strong relationships with his customers as he has been on both sides of the fence in his career. Timely feedback and quotes are important in the new world of business as time becomes more of a precious commodity. Prior to moving into sales, he spent 8.5 years working in the domestic production areas of the company with duties including purchasing, estimating, and production management.
From 1991-2005 Dan worked in the engineering and production management positions in the paper industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
When away from the office, Dan is active with his family. He is Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 100. With 4 children, ages 10-16, time is spent going to soccer, swimming and golf competitions along with other school and band activities. On the rare occasion of an open date, the family enjoys the outdoors including boating, fishing and jet skiing. Dan is thankful for the invention of DVR so he can watch his BUCKEYES and other favorite sport teams.

Chris Cockrell has been a dedicated member of the CAB team since 2009, currently serving as a Flange Sales Account Manager.
In addition to his sales responsibilities, Chris extends his expertise to assist CAB’s IT Manager with IT requirements at our Texas facility. He further takes charge of managing steel plate inventory and overseeing the imported flange inventory, including the coordination of overseas purchase orders. Chris also plays a pivotal role in forklift training for new employees, contributing to the smooth operation of our team.
Chris’s topmost passion lies in his family, cherishing quality time spent with his loved ones. He also finds delight in the adventures his Jeep Wrangler offers, the serene beauty of the beach, the thrill of saltwater fishing, and the occasional excitement of a trip to the Casino. His diverse interests reflect a dynamic and well-rounded persona that enhances both his professional contributions and personal life.

Randy Phillips joined CAB in 2017, initially serving as a warehouse assistant.
In 2021, he ascended to the role of Warehouse Manager, where he now oversees key responsibilities encompassing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
Randy brings a wealth of experience to his role, having dedicated 31 years of his career to a prominent communication company before joining CAB. His extensive background in logistics and warehouse management positions him as a valuable asset to our team.

Brandon Jones is the Assistant Warehouse Manager at CAB’s Nacogdoches, Texas manufacturing and distribution facility.
He is part of the CAB team responsible for managing all warehouse operations for our Texas location, including Shipping/Receiving, Inventory Control, First Articles, and Quality Assurance to ensure the customer gets the right part and the right quality at the right time. He brings to CAB a background of 20 years’ experience in IT and Business Management to help streamline processes to make the CAB Warehouse operate even more efficiently so that we can provide the highest level of customer satisfaction in order fulfillment.

James Ford, who joined CAB in 2021, holds the pivotal role of CNC Shop Manager.
In this capacity, he is responsible for maintaining the CNC tool room, tracking tool usage, and proactively ordering tools. Additionally, James efficiently schedules our CNC machines to optimize workflow and meet production timelines. His expertise extends to programming CNCs, ensuring precision and accuracy in the manufacturing process.
Outside of his professional endeavors, James finds solace and enjoyment in the world of RC cars, a testament to his enduring passion for mechanical precision, even in his leisure pursuits.

Since joining CAB in 2016, Chase Konderla has played a pivotal role in our operations.
He excels in managing shipping, receiving, quality inspections, order fulfillment, and final packaging approval.
Beyond work, Chase is passionate about ministry and enjoys the great outdoors through activities like hunting and fishing.

Jesse Sneed joined CAB in 2006. He works closely with our shipping manager to ensure the efficient preparation of daily shipments for pickup by both LTL and flatbed trucks.
Outside of work, he has a passion for mountain biking and enjoys the open road on his Harley-Davidson. Most importantly, He cherishes spending quality time with his son. Additionally, he is an ordained minister actively engaged in a motorcycle ministry, dedicated to serving the community, and committed to the children’s ministry. His love for music finds expression as he play the drums at his local church, adding a rhythmic touch to their worship services.

Brittany Bennett became a valued member of the CAB team in 2021, taking on a multifaceted role that blends sales and administrative tasks with a range of other essential responsibilities.
With a wealth of experience in customer service and sales, Brittany’s expertise extends to various departments, including accounting and quality assurance.
Outside of her professional commitments, Brittany finds joy in traveling with her family and embarking on leisurely walks with her faithful canine companion.

Ross Beard is the CMM programmer and operator at CAB’s Texas facility, where he plays a pivotal role in ensuring precision and accuracy in our operations.
In addition to his professional endeavors, Ross hails from a long line of Texans, with a fascinating family tradition of “friendly fights” at their annual reunions, where competitiveness was encouraged, albeit without knives or guns. The prize for winning was the right to wear the belt for the year, and these gatherings continued until a memorable incident involving the loss of an eye by a cousin.
Outside of his work at CAB, Ross can be found at his family’s ranch several counties west. Here, they raise beef cattle and sell their meat online by the quarter cow. Their ongoing project involves renovating a barn built by his great-grandfather in the late 1800s, with the aim of transforming it into a venue for gatherings. The ranch also hosts an emerging apiary, with plans to venture into mead production once it’s well-established.
As for his recreational interests, Ross’s diverse hobbies include spending quality time with friends and family, engaging in grain alcohol production, boxing, shooting, hunting, gardening, sailing, flying, Scuba diving, and motorcycling. His well-rounded pursuits enrich both his personal life and his contributions to the CAB team.

Steve Muirhead, a steadfast member of CAB Worldwide since 2006, holds the essential role of Warehouse Quality Inspector.
His work revolves around conducting Incoming Inspections on parts and maintaining precise Gage calibration.
When away from the workplace, Steve embraces the great outdoors and relishes the joys of fishing, hunting, and tending to the farm. His interests mirror a connection to the land and nature, providing a balanced and fulfilling life outside of his professional commitments.
Todd Preston, Washington Operations Manager
Todd Preston, Washington Operations Manager
Todd has been an invaluable member of CAB since 2015, assuming the role of Washington Operations Manager, where he adeptly oversees all operational aspects for our Washington location.
Outside of the professional sphere, Todd indulges in a variety of passions. He finds joy in the allure of classic cars, the tranquility of Oregon beaches, and the enriching experiences of travel, often with his beloved family by his side. A sports enthusiast, Todd is a regular attendee at Husky and Seahawk games during the football season, bonding with his son over a shared love for the sport.
John Zhang, China Operations Manager
John Zhang, China Operations Manager
John Zhang serves as the General Manager in CAB China. His job duties include auditing potential suppliers, evaluating supplier capability and developing supplier database.
John also directs the quality team on the sourcing projects management including process control, production quality review and on-time delivery control. Additionally, he analyzes technical drawings and sets up product acceptance criteria.
John holds a Masters degree in Casting. His main hobby is climbing mountains.
Hill Li, Supplier Quality Engineer
Hill Li, Supplier Quality Engineer
Hill spends most of his time in factories in the southern part of China ensuring product and process quality.
He works closely with suppliers to refine processes and reduce quality and manufacturing costs. He also excels at casting pouring systems design, 3D modeling and finite element analysis of castings.
Hill holds a BS in Materials Science and Engineering, and has completed Engineering Postgraduate studies.
His outside interests include basketball and stamp collecting.
James Wang, Quality Engineer
James Wang, Quality Engineer
James Wang serves as the Supplier Quality Engineer in CAB China.
His job duties include assuring product and process quality of supplied parts, solving processing problems, analyzing 3D models, and other problems about software. Wang also sources new parts from northern factories in China.
James holds a B.S. in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing. His hobbies include traveling and bicycle riding.
Chris Jia, Quality Engineer
Chris Jia, Supplier Quality Engineer
Chris Jia serves as the Supplier Quality Engineer in CAB China.
His job duties include: perform supplier capability assessments , driving true and loyal supplier partnerships, interface with flanges’ suppliers to establish forged flange MPP’s, PQRs, working instructions, as well as, flanges’ inspection specification, complete final inspection before shipping to US. Works with the suppliers to resolve quality issues / NCRs, root cause analysis, 8D report and corrective actions.
Works with casting suppliers to develop new samples, projects, and keep all samples quality information accurate and known by the suppliers, review and check the PPAP document submissions (CP, PFMEA, Flow Chart etc.) as well as submit samples for final approval. Chris initiates and supervises PPAP related procedures with suppliers, ensuring that suppliers meet the quality and delivery constraint during product launch.
Chris holds a Bachelor’s degree in Automation engineering. His hobbies include travelling, playing with his kids, and he is currently learning how to cook.

Tony Hu serves as the Supplier Quality Engineer in CAB China.
His day-to-day duties include reviewing engineering drawings, specifications, and quality assurance standards, as well as giving written and verbal instructions, setting up the inspection process, and determining gauging requirements for new jobs. Previously, Mr. Parate was the Assistant General Manager, Quality Assurance for JCB India Limited in Pune, India and worked in Research & Development, Value Engineering & Quality at Tata Hitachi Construction Equipment in Jamshedpur, India.
Mr. Parate brings an expansive technical skillset and over 19+ years of experience in the manufacturing and engineering space, including on-highway, off-highway, mining machinery, construction equipment, and agricultural machinery. His experience includes a strong background in new product introduction, including EV products, product development, product localization, quality assurance, cost reduction and value engineering.
Additionally, Mr. Parate’s professional expertise includes establishing and achieving long-term objectives for company growth, improving customer-centric cultures, talent acquisition and empowerment and developing high-performance teams. Throughout his career, Mr. Parate has developed a strong background in the areas of design & development, operations, quality, supply chain and digitation.
