Prior to joining CAB, Robb served as a Territory Manager in the flat rolled steel industry where he was responsible for new business opportunities and supply chain management serving OE manufacturers in the United States and Mexico. Prior to that, Robb led sales growth in the plastics and rubber industries.

Robb graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Economics in 2005.
