Terri Jondahl joined CAB in 1995 and, after serving more than 30 years as CEO, recently transitioned to Executive Chair. She has extensive hands-on experience in sales management, financial management, overseas supplier management, and production and quality management, as well as a keen understanding of strategic positioning and rapid pivots in the face of fast-moving business and geopolitical changes.

Terri Jondahl has long been active in the community, including serving as a director on the Northside Hospital Board of Directors. She serves on the 1818 Club Board and is past Chair of the Lake Lanier Islands Development Authority. She has also held past board roles with the Gwinnett Medical Foundation, the Carter Center Board of Councilors, and the Georgia Gwinnett College Foundation. She is an Emeritus Chair of the Gwinnett County Chamber of Commerce, having served as Chair in 2011, and is Board Emeritus of the Gwinnett County Public Schools Foundation. She has volunteered on boards and committees of many other organizations in the community.

Jondahl was honored as a Georgia Titan 100 Business Leader in 2024. She also received the Gwinnett Chamber Public Service Award and Moxie Influence Award in 2019, and the Boy Scouts of America Distinguished Citizen Award in 2018. The Georgia On Board organization presented her with an Executive Honor Roll Award in 2014, and she was named a 2019 Atlanta Business Chronicle Women Who Mean Business recipient. In 2008, she was named by Atlanta Woman Magazine as one of the “Top 25 Professional Women to Watch.” Jondahl received an A.A. in Business Administration from Mendocino College.

She loves to explore the potential of AI in business processes and hopes to make time to develop her oil painting skills in the future. COVID taught her to savor solitude and enjoy quiet time at home and in the beautiful yard landscaped by her husband.
