Throughout his career, Steve has built a reputation for strengthening operations, developing high-performing teams, fostering strong customer relationships, and driving sustainable growth. A mechanical engineer by training, he combines a data-driven approach with a people-focused leadership style.

Prior to joining CAB, Steve served as President and CEO of Astro Shapes, a specialty aluminum extrusion manufacturer, and COO of Mac Papers and Packaging, a leading distributor of paper, packaging, and wide format products. Steve holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech.
