Beginning her career in inventory analysis and supply chain management before transitioning into Human Resources, Shelley offers a unique blend of business and people-focused expertise. She is passionate about partnering with leaders to build strong teams, develop talent, and foster positive workplace cultures that drive business success. Shelley holds a B.A. in Human Resources from the University of Kansas and an M.A. Organizational Development from Fielding Graduate University.

Outside of work, Shelley enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, cheering on baseball and football teams, cooking, and traveling.
