Pankaj Parate, CAB India Managing Director
CAB Worldwide, a global engineering, manufacturing and distribution business based in the United States, is pleased to share that Mr. Pankaj Parate has joined CAB India, a subsidiary of CAB Worldwide, as its Managing Director.
Previously, Mr. Parate was Senior General Manager of Sany Heavy Industry, where he focused on Research & Development, New Product Introduction, Quality Assurance, Supplier Developments and Management Representation. Previously, Mr. Parate was the Assistant General Manager, Quality Assurance for JCB India Limited in Pune, India and worked in Research & Development, Value Engineering & Quality at Tata Hitachi Construction Equipment in Jamshedpur, India.
Mr. Parate brings an expansive technical skillset and over 19+ years of experience in the manufacturing and engineering space, including on-highway, off-highway, mining machinery, construction equipment, and agricultural machinery. His experience includes a strong background in new product introduction, including EV products, product development, product localization, quality assurance, cost reduction and value engineering.
Additionally, Mr. Parate’s professional expertise includes establishing and achieving long-term objectives for company growth, improving customer-centric cultures, talent acquisition and empowerment and developing high-performance teams. Throughout his career, Mr. Parate has developed a strong background in the areas of design & development, operations, quality, supply chain and digitation.
Mr. Parate received his Master of Business Administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore; his Master of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur; and his Bachelor of Engineering with a focus on Production Engineering from Nagpur University.
