Nilesh conducts dimensional and visual inspections on various product types, verifies essential documents, and assists suppliers in resolving quality issues from inception to resolution, involving root cause analysis, 8D reporting, and implementing corrective actions.

Nilesh’s educational background includes a degree in Mechanical Engineering, and he possesses extensive expertise in QMS, process controls, process audits, and a comprehensive set of core tools, including FMEA, SPC, and PPAP. He is well-versed in Change Management, Risk Analysis, CAPA, Kaizen, 5S, and Poka-yoke. His experience extends to gear and bearing inspections, and he holds a Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015 certification.
