With over 12 years of experience in the automobile ancillary and transmission parts manufacturing industries, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in driving process optimization and improving product quality. I hold a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA in Operations, which equips me with a strong foundation in both technical and strategic aspects of manufacturing.
Currently, I serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Gear Manufacturing, where I specialize in conducting initial feasibility studies, analysing detailed drawings, estimating cycle times, performing zero-based costing, and managing special projects. My skill set spans across manufacturing processes, problem-solving, and CAD & CAE-based designs, allowing me to contribute effectively to process improvements and high-quality product delivery.
I am passionate about continuous learning and innovation, and I enjoy the challenge of tackling complex manufacturing problems to deliver practical, efficient solutions.
Outside of work, I stay energized and motivated through activities like trekking and bike riding, which help me maintain a healthy work-life balance and a positive mindset.
