Terence Karshagen, President Engineered Products
Terence Karshagen joined CAB Worldwide in 2002 and has been a driving force behind the company’s growth in precision engineered products. Known for his strong leadership, deep product knowledge, and customer-focused approach, Terence has helped expand CAB’s global reach and strengthen its reputation for quality and reliability.
Under his guidance, CAB has evolved from a component supplier into a comprehensive supply chain solution partner. He has played a key role in broadening CAB’s capabilities to include advanced machining, assembly, and value-added engineering services, enabling the company to support customers with more complex and integrated product requirements. This focus on continuous improvement and technical excellence has driven steady growth across diverse industrial sectors and positioned CAB as a leader in global supply chain innovation.
He has also been instrumental in developing supplier partnerships and building the international supply chain that supports CAB’s continued success.
Before joining CAB, Terence held senior roles in export marketing and business development for Ringrollers of South Africa, DCD, and Forgings, Flanges & Fittings LLC. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and International Business from the University of Port Elizabeth in South Africa.
