Prathmesh has 11 year sof expertise in areas like quality management system, new project development, process and quality control. Conducts overall inspection on various product types along with essential documentation and standards. He participations in Supplier Audit activities to monitor their capabilities, quality processes, and performance. Prathmesh possesses extensive expertise in castings processes like (sand, investment, foam, centrifugal, forging, GDC, PDC, HPDC etc). His experience extends to various Foundry quality, Non-destructive testing, machining, process controls, Core Tools FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP , Kaizen etc .

Beyond the professional achievements, he enjoys a diverse range of hobbies including playing football/cricket, trekking, drawing sketches and spending quality time with family and friends.
