In his role as Regional Manager – Sourcing & Quality (Eastern India), he is instrumental in strengthening supplier networks and ensuring world-class quality standards for our operations. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree and an MBA in Marketing, complemented by certifications as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, ISO-9001 Lead Auditor, and completion of a Management Development Program (MDP). His strong blend of technical and managerial skills enables him to deliver innovative and efficient solutions that support both customer needs and organizational goals.

Outside of work, Mithun enjoys reading, traveling, and listening to music, which keep him inspired and energized.
