As a Senior Quality Engineer at CAB Worldwide India, Maruthupandi is committed to driving quality enhancements, supporting new product development, and ensuring on time delivery in the South Region of India. His responsibilities include conducting comprehensive inspections, performing audits, training supplier teams, and leading root cause analysis. He also manage quality documentation within the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure adherence to rigorous standards.
With a degree in Mechanical Engineering and over 10 years of experience, He bring extensive expertise in In-process and Final Inspection, Supplier Development, and hands-on experience with manufacturing processes such as machining, heat treatment, forging, casting, assembly, and testing, as well as special processes including heavy fabrication, sheet metal fabrication, painting, powder coating, and special coating processes. He is proficient in the automation testing of mechanical systems and advanced CMM programming using the Zeiss Contura G2. Holding an ISO 9001:2015 QMS Coordinator training certification, He excel in quality control methodologies, root cause analysis, and statistical analysis, with a strong focus on continuous improvement and adherence to quality management systems.
Outside of my professional life, He is passionate about basketball playing, fitness, and spending quality time with my family.
