Sathish has experience in global finance and operational leadership across a range of industries including industrial manufacturing, infrastructure, electrical, HVAC, and telecommunications. Most recently, he served as CFO of Habasit North America, a $250m manufacturer.

Sathish has led financial strategy, M&A, audit, tax, IT, and risk management initiatives for both public and private companies with revenues ranging from $300M to $2B. His international experience spans operations in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Europe, Brazil, Russia, and Asia, making him a strategic asset for CAB as we continue to grow globally. Sathish also has a strong record of driving operational excellence—redesigning supply chains, optimizing warehouse performance, and implementing ERP systems across multiple countries. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and holds advanced degrees in Finance, Business Administration, and Mechanical Engineering.
