Solving Challenges for Industrial Hydraulics Clients
In a recent project for an industrial hydraulics client, CAB demonstrated its precision machining and problem-solving capabilities providing outstanding outcomes and emphasizing our dedication to excellence and productivity.
Tasked with developing a new product, our client required strict adherence to bore size specifications, calling for precise measurements and machining. Despite initial efforts, the factory encountered challenges in achieving the required bore diameter without escalating costs through additional machining processes.
CAB promptly intervened, conducting R&R studies on bore gauges to assess data accuracy. Identifying a gauge inconsistency, we swiftly replaced the problematic gauge and conducted a CPK capability study to validate machining adjustments. The CPK study affirmed the process’s capability to deliver consistent results, paving the way for project success.

In just four days, our comprehensive approach restored confidence in the project, much to the relief of our customers in Temple, TX. Our expertise extends beyond mere machining; we offer tool life analysis and CNC programming of cutter compensation, ensuring a holistic approach to problem-solving.
